We had such a good responce to the Vegetabularian that a selection of veggie recipes seemed in order, over the years we have had numerous ideas many of which have fallen by the wayside as they either wouldn’t stay together or they lost their flavour this one though has stood the test of time, finished in white breadcrumbs to keep the cool pale looks… extreamly popular as they are, served hot they become what can be described as a great big cheesy chip
