With the 2008 Malvern Atumn show coming up, we were inspired by the colours of this beautiful season, and an experiment with vegetable crips gave us the sensasional recipe we now love. It’s name ‘scarecrow’ took inspiration from the straw-esque appearance of the root vegetables.
