The apple keeps this one moist and the stilton brings depth, as its name suggests a meal in itself. Not satisfied with just 5 varieties our imaginations started to wander and the experiments/tastings got more interesting… The Brunch won a taste testing session with our neigbours the Bywaters who had just called by to encourage us out on a dog walk one Sunday afternoon… back in the days when the two of us worked from home.
